New James Christensen Original Painting We're thrilled to have a new original watercolor painting by James Christensen available for our customers. It is Playing a Hunch and depicts that well-known phase in a much more "literal" manner. We also have the original watercolor of Lawrence Pretended that pre-dates the image depicted on the well-known print and canvas. New James Christensen releases from Greenwich Workshop September brings us a new canvas release from James Christensen - The Golden Ball. Also, Parables, Jonah and Benediction have been released as Anniversary canvas editions! If you missed the opportunity to own the print editions of these images, you now have a second chance.
Howard Terpning & Bev Doolittle releases Howard Terpning's first personal commission, Council Regalia, has been released with an extremely small edition size of 134! It is sold out at the publisher, but still available from us. The ordering period for his second personal commission, Legend of Geronimo, runs through October 15, 2010. At that point, the number of ordered pieces determines the edition size with all buyers guaranteed a piece from a sold-out edition! For those of you that are Bev Doolittle fans, a new piece was released in August. "The Arrival" is a print of a painting from 1977 that was lost and recently discovered.

We've had some exciting changes since launching our site. We're now an Authorized Dealer for Greenwich Workshop! Greenwich Workshop produces only the finest limited edition artwork available and carries a wide range of styles and subjects sure to please any art lover. We currently have the full catalog of the works of James Christensen and Cassandra Barney posted in our online store and can assist you with the works of any other Greenwich artist - you can browse all their offerings here.
Speaking of Cassandra Barney, we do that below and highlight that she's honored us by allowing us to offer some of her original paintings. We also added several etchings/stone lithographs published directly by James Christensen - some old and some new - to complement his large body of work that is published by Greenwich Workshop. You can view all of these rare pieces of art by both artists here.
We've also been experimenting with different presentations of our artwork. To that end, we've added an "on the wall" option to view both the contents of our gallery and our James Christensen collection. This new viewing experience now has a "full screen" option - just click on the button in the lower right. Give it a try - we hope you enjoy it!
