Each of the cats in 'A Bushel and a Peck' has its own reaction to the bird, but I'd say most have the feeling, 'Yeah, we've been here before.' As for the parakeet having his beauty wash, he's oblivious to the drama he's creating. Until cats sprout wings, there's really no reason for him to behave otherwise."
