Govinder Nazran

Personally, we’re animal lovers in a very big way. The contemporary works of Govinder Nazran, particularly his sculptures, caught our eye several years ago for the unique way they portrayed our “best friends”. We’ve included pictures of some of our personal favorites at the bottom of this article.

We were particularly saddened to hear of this talented artist’s passing in late December, 2008. During his ten years of publication with Washington Green, Govinder became one of their most collected and revered artists, with collectors all over the world. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends. We’re thankful for the wonderful works that he has left for us to enjoy.
