All artwork is in mint condition unless otherwise specified in the item description.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is accepted through Paypal for online orders.  Orders can be sent to confirmed addresses only.  We also accept personal checks and money orders - please allow an additional two weeks to allow the payment to clear.  Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards can be used for payment by calling us at 866-608-0180 and placing your order over the phone.

Orders can be cancelled prior to receipt of the shipping confirmation email - generally 24 hours.

PRICES, CHARGES, AND PAYMENT:

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All charges must be paid in U.S. dollars. Hidden Ridge Gallery reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this web site at any time.

For those items marked with "Free Ground Shipping", this applies to addresses in the continental US only.  For those items without free shipping, we have an electronic interface to UPS that allows us to accurately determine shipping costs based on the item's dimensions, weight, destination and value. Since Google Shopping does not use all of this information to derive a shipping price but requires that a price be provided in our listings anyway, we cannot honor the price shown on that site.

SALES TAX:

All State of Washington residents are required by law to pay a sales tax on their purchases. The amount of sales tax is based on the shipping address, in accordance with the Destination-Based Sales Tax put into effect in July of 2008. See Destination Based Sales Tax for additional information.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped via UPS - we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. At the current time, we are shipping to US and Canadian addresses only - we will make an announcement when this policy changes. For your protection and ours, we require a direct signature on orders that exceed $250. To assist customers with this policy, we offer the following shipping option free of charge:

• Hold for Pickup.  Recipient indicates a preference to pick up the package at UPS Customer Center rather than having it delivered.  Please provide the address of the preferred UPS Customer Center and the phone number that you wish to be contacted at when it arrives.

Please indicate that you want to take advantage of this service by specifying it in the Note field on the final page of the Checkout process and providing the additional information.

If an order arrives damaged due to shipping errors by the carrier, we must be notified within 5 business days, so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

The listed Shipping and Handling charges are based on the destination of your order and the dimensions/weight of your shipment. These charges are retrieved through a direct interface with UPS and always include insurance. Paper prints are always shipped flat - they are never rolled.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours depending upon the size of order and whether the item(s) are in stock. If prompt delivery is a concern, please call or email us for product availability. Please note that shipping companies don't work on weekends and hollidays, so your order will be shipped the next business day.  Occasionally, orders can be delayed due to inclement weather in our area - if this is the case the customer will be notified immediately.

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a refund (less S&H and 20% restocking fee), provided the item is returned within twelve (12) days from date of shipment and that it is not a custom order item (see custom order item description below). Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition.To return items, you must first contact Hidden Ridge Gallery to obtain an authorization - returns without an authorization will be refused.

CUSTOM ORDER ITEM DESCRIPTION:

A custom order item is any item that falls under these guidelines:

A. The item is a sold -out piece that is no longer available from the publisher and had to be acquired elsewhere. (i.e. Secondary Art Market)

B. The item is a consignment item.

C. The item was direct-ordered from the artist.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a custom order.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION GUARANTEE:

Hidden Ridge Gallery does not sell or distribute any information we acquire directly from our customers. Also, since we utilize Paypal for credit card payments, we store NO credit card information on this site.

PUBLISHER INFORMATION:

Information pertaining to prints, canvas's and sculptures have been provided to us by the publishers of those items. Some of the information pertaining to these items (i.e. Size, Description) may not be 100% accurate and we strongly advise that you contact us prior to your order placement if that information is needed.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:

Unfortunately, mistakes can sometimes occur in either pricing, descriptions or images. We cannot be held responsible for such errors or omissions.

INDEMNIFICATION:

All customers and users of HiddenRidgeGallery.com, this web site, and the merchandise contained within agree to indemnify and hold HiddenRidgeGallery.com, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of this agreement. In addition, the customer agrees to hold HiddenRidgeGallery.com. harmless from any claims and/or expenses, including any and all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to the customer's use of this web site and the merchandise contained within.
